Known elsewhere as lemongrass, known in yaad as fever grass. Bright, citrusy blades cut from the hillside and dried for a clean, comforting cup.
The ritual
Crush a few blades to wake the oils, steep 5 minutes in boiled water. Drink it hot on a rainy evening or chill it over ice with lime for a bright island cooler.
